Site Control & Safety

A clean, well-organized site inspires a safer and more productive work site. It is vital to a project’s success and image. Safety is always a top priority. Our safety training program takes every precaution to assure a secure working environment.

Procurement Selection Process

Ronnisch has procedures in place for pre-qualifying subcontractors and their ability to bid on a project. To further ensure job quality, Ronnisch has developed model contracts for all subcontractor disciplines.

Management of Subcontractors

Post Construction Process

Some think of this as the end of the project but we’re not content until you’re satisfied with a fully functioning facility.

Warranty

Your project may qualify for our unprecedented one year or two-year warranty. What other construction firm has such commitment to their clients? We proactively return for periodic site check-ups, as a part of our warranty program, that’s the Ronnisch difference.

Owner Installations

If you choose to arrange for your building’s amenities or necessities, we are happy to assist with those details for a smooth finish.

Commissioning

Ronnisch takes pride in our record of testing and commissioning projects the first time through.

  • We develop checklists to ensure that each piece of equipment is ready to start.
  • We conduct several walk-throughs to ensure that all items are completed and to familiarize the owner with environmental controls and electrical panels, etc.
  • We organize a close-out book of drawings, product data, warranties, and supporting documentation to assist with the formal acceptance and occupancy of the facility.
  • We return at 6 months, 12, months, and 24 months to conduct walk- throughs. This ensures that the project is successful and exceeding expectations.
