Bernd M. “Bernie” Ronnisch
President
Bernie founded Ronnisch Construction Group in 1994 in an effort to redefine the reputation of the building industry. Drawing upon his 35+ years in the construction industry, Bernie, along with his Leadership Team, has created the Ronnisch Way, which we believe elevates our company far above the competition. Giving back to the community is something Bernie truly believes in. He is on the Board of Directors for the Metro Detroit Youth Club, Judson Center, and the Robert A. Schuele Scholarship Fund. He also is a member of the Finance Council at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Beverly Hills, MI. He holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an M.B.A from Loyola University in Chicago. Bernie resides in Birmingham, MI with his wife and three daughters and enjoys golf, reading, and traveling.

Frank Jarbou
Principal and Partner
Frank Jarbou, Principal and Partner of Ronnisch Construction Group is a highly regarded commercial real estate developer and property manager with over 20 years of diverse experience. His commercial real estate expertise includes acquiring, developing, managing, and leasing properties. Frank is renowned for his creative vision in new development, redevelopment, and distressed projects, as well as his unparalleled relationships with brokers, tenants, and civic associations. Frank’s substantial amount of real estate development and business acumen are key assets to Ronnisch Construction Group. His roles involve Business Development and overall business operations. Frank adds insight and energy to our growth plans. His investments and network of relationships will prove invaluable to the continued growth of Ronnisch Construction Group. Frank is a key member of the Leadership Team and a strong addition to our organization. Frank resides in Bloomfield Hills with his family.

Tim Honoway
Vice President of Estimating and Operations
Tim’s career, spanning over 20 years, includes field experience as both Superintendent and Project Manager. However, the bulk of his career and where his passion lies, is in the pre-construction / estimating department. Tim has proven to be a key leader at Ronnisch Construction Group – as Vice President of Estimating and Operations, he oversees the estimating and procurement of all of our projects. Tim’s estimating experience includes a wide variety of projects ranging from $100 thousand to over $100 million. He is well versed in all aspects of project estimating and delivery methods, including: design-build, conceptual estimating & budgeting, and lump sum bidding. Tim takes a great deal of pride in developing detailed and accurate budgets and bids, which prove to be the first critical component of any successful construction project. Tim earned his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. When he is not crunching numbers, Tim enjoys coaching travel baseball, attending his sons’ sporting events, and spending time with his family and friends.

Wade Gorman
Vice President of Field Operations
Wade has worked in the construction industry for 20 years, with the majority of time in the field supervising projects. As Vice President of Field Operations, Wade oversees and directs the on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including: staffing, subcontractor and material coordination, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed, and the project is proceeding on schedule and within budget. He also monitors Ronnisch Construction Group’s jobsite health and safety and ensures that adherence to proper safety measures are followed. Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer-Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University. In Wade’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Tammie Daniels
Controller
Tammie has over 20 years’ experience in construction finance and business development, working directly with high level executives across several sectors of the industry. Since 2000, Tammie has held various roles related to estimating, acquisition, development, financial underwriting and analysis. Having worked for a heavy highway contractor, a land acquisition and development company and a civil subcontractor, Tammie brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. She holds a Master of Science in General Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Tammie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
