Bernd M. "Bernie" Ronnisch


Bernie founded Ronnisch Construction Group in 1994 in an effort to redefine the reputation of the building industry. Drawing upon his 40+ years in the construction industry, Bernie, along with his Leadership Team, have created the Ronnisch Way, which we believe elevates our company far above the competition. Giving back to the community is something Bernie truly believes in. He is on the Board of Directors for the Metro Detroit Youth Club, Judson Center, and the Robert A. Schuele Scholarship Fund. He also is a member of the Finance Council at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Beverly Hills, MI. He holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an M.B.A from Loyola University in Chicago. Bernie resides in Birmingham, MI with his wife. Bernie enjoys spending time with his three daughters and their families, reading, traveling, and golfing.

Tim Honoway

Vice President of Estimating and Operations

Tim has over 27 years of experience in construction, excelling in pre-construction and estimating. As Vice President of Estimating and Operations at Ronnisch Construction Group, he leads the estimation and procurement processes for all projects. Tim’s expertise spans projects of various sizes, from $100 thousand to over $100 million, with proficiency in design-build and conceptual estimating. He takes pride in delivering detailed and accurate budgets, vital for project success. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching baseball, attending his sons’ sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

Tammie Daniels

Vice President of Accounting & Human Resources

Tammie has over 23 years of experience in construction finance and business development, working directly with high level executives across several sectors of the industry. Since 2000, Tammie has held various roles related to estimating, acquisition, development, financial underwriting and analysis. Having worked for a heavy highway contractor, a land acquisition and development company and a civil subcontractor, Tammie brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. She holds a Master of Science in General Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Tammie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Frank Jarbou

Principal and Partner

Frank Jarbou, Principal and Partner at Ronnisch Construction Group, brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and property management. Renowned for his creative vision and strong relationships, Frank excels in acquiring, developing, managing, and leasing properties. His expertise in new development, redevelopment, and distressed projects, coupled with his business acumen, are invaluable assets to our team. Frank’s roles include Business Development and overseeing business operations, where he contributes insight and energy to our growth plans. As a key member of our Leadership Team, Frank’s investments and network will drive the continued success of Ronnisch Construction Group. Frank sits on the Board of Directors for the Chaldean Community Foundation and resides in Birmingham with his wife and children.

Wade Gorman

Vice President of Field Operations

Wade has worked in the construction industry for 20 years, with the majority of time in the field supervising projects. As Vice President of Field Operations, Wade oversees and directs the on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including: staffing, subcontractor and material coordination, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed, and the project is proceeding on schedule and within budget. He also monitors Ronnisch Construction Group’s jobsite health and safety and ensures that adherence to proper safety measures are followed. Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer-Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University. In Wade’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Rick Polan

Project Manager

Rick, a seasoned Project Manager, excels in managing multimillion-dollar projects with expertise in document coordination, contract administration, and project schedules. He ensures quality control, job site safety, and resolves design conflicts while overseeing subcontractors. Rick generates project manuals, budgets, contracts, and coordinates warranty issues. Additionally, he facilitates permits and approvals from municipalities. Committed to community involvement, Rick serves on the Huntington Woods Planning Commission and volunteers with the Huntington Woods Volunteer Fire Company. With a customer-centric approach, he plays a crucial role in project success from inception to completion.
