Tim’s estimating experience includes a wide variety of projects ranging from $100 thousand to over $100 million. He is well versed in all aspects of project estimating and delivery methods, including: design-build, conceptual estimating & budgeting, and lump sum bidding. Tim takes a great deal of pride in developing detailed and accurate budgets and bids, which prove to be the first critical component of any successful construction project.
