The Project

Ronnisch Construction Group was selected as the Design Build contractor for Community Choice Credit Union’s new location in Roseville, Michigan. Known as CCCU-Roseville, this end unit, tenant fit-out is a branch location in an existing, multi-tenant facility.

This build-out features open ceilings, glass walls and a retro design that compliments the services provided by CCCU. Community Choice Credit Union is a long-time, valued customer of Ronnisch Construction Group.

The Project

Ronnisch Construction Group was selected as the Construction Manager for Vibe Credit Union’s branch retrofit in Berkley, Michigan.

The project consisted of site work, exterior building modifications, and an entire interior re-work to bring the branch up to current corporate standards. This project features a modern design throughout, including upgraded lighting, design walls, open sitting areas, a new drive through, and upgraded branch operation capabilities.

The entire project was completed around ongoing operations, as Vibe Berkley did not shut down during construction. Vibe Credit Union is a long-time, valued customer of Ronnisch.

Vibe Credit Union

The Project

Vibe Credit Union underwent a corporate transformation. They wanted a trustworthy General Contractor to assist with the implementation, construction, and design of their flagship branch.

After undergoing a metamorphosis and re-branding, Vibe Credit Union looked to the Ronnisch Construction team to implement their new style. Vibe Credit Union’s main goal was to change the experience of banking, with a clear focus on customer service.

The site of the new building was on 2.15 acres and the soil conditions were very poor. We had to proof-roll the site to pinpoint the exact location of the inadequate soil. We also had to proceed methodically to locate, remove, and replace the poor soil with engineered backfill.

Structurally, the poor soil conditions meant that we had to use re-engineered spread footings to accommodate the new buildings structural load.

Milling and sorting the existing parking lot for reuse, offset the costs of the new foundations.

A city building ordinance required a minimum of 50% masonry for the building exterior. “We ended up using a plinth base and an entry wall of 2 by 2-foot and 4 by 4-foot honed Indiana limestone, offsetting it with a rain screen laminated metal panel system for the balance of the building,” said Zimmerman

We used a wide range of materials for this building such as; honed limestone, laminated metal panels, and zinc coated metal tiles which form Vibe’s iconic cylinder.

North American Bancard Headquarters

The Project

North American Bancard acquired a 105,000 square foot building in a suburban office complex, relocating over 300 employees. Ronnisch led a complex renovation project aimed at creating an energetic workspace while avoiding disruptions to daily operations.

The renovated space now includes open, collaborative work areas, a dedicated call center, and inviting social zones. Vibrant elements like graphic designs and three-dimensional installations add dynamism, complemented by choreographed light projections.

The executive suite received a sophisticated makeover with rich textures and patterns, maintaining a contemporary yet dignified atmosphere.

Additionally, employee amenities were enhanced with breakout areas, lounges, and recreational spaces, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

In summary, the revamped North American Bancard office space fosters productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction in a modern, dynamic environment.

Community Choice Credit Union

The Project

After completing the new 5,000 square foot building for Community Choice Credit Union in Shelby, MI, our client wanted to create a Royal Oak presence. Our client desired an open floor plan to promote a more collaborative banking style that is focused on customer service and customer interaction. They didn’t want there to be a division between bank tellers and bank members.

This project used several special features, such as; glazed orange brick, an exterior curved metal roof, and metalwork panels. The foundation consisted of timber and steel piles as well as grade beams and stem walls. This building also used a Geo Vent and Geo Seal for sub slab mitigation. Ronnisch Construction was proud to assist our repeat client as they expanded locations.
