The SAY Detroit Play Center, a new construction project in Detroit, is an innovative project that integrates modern facilities with the community’s historic charm, offering children safe spaces for learning and recreate, fostering community growth and academic success. Beyond job creation, the SAY Detroit Play Center has had several other positive economic impacts on the city of Detroit such as property value enhancement, support for local vendors, and attraction of additional investments. The project included six classrooms, a black box theater, a quite room, as well as administrative offices and conference room.
