Frank Jarbou, Principal at Jarbou Ronnisch Construction (JRC), brings nearly 25 years of hands-on experience delivering commercial construction and development projects across retail, industrial, office, senior housing, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors. With experience spanning more than $1 billion in real estate development, his expertise covers the full project lifecycle, from site acquisition and entitlements through construction, tenant build-out, and post-construction operations. Known for executing complex new construction, adaptive reuse, and distressed property redevelopment, Frank combines a developer’s perspective with a builder’s mindset to guide JRC’s growth, operations, and project delivery culture. His deep industry relationships and understanding of construction quality, cost discipline, phasing, budgeting, and long-term performance make him a trusted advisor who helps clients translate ambitious development goals into practical, successful building strategies.

Tim Honoway, President of Jarbou Ronnisch Construction (JRC), brings more than 30 years of experience in construction management, with a career spanning roles as Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator. His expertise covers the full construction process, including site development, ground-up construction, renovations, and interior fit-outs, with projects ranging from $100,000 to more than $100 million. As President, Tim oversees preconstruction, procurement, and project operations, with a strong focus on accurate budgeting, detailed estimating, cost management, and successful execution from concept through completion. His direct, transparent leadership style strengthens project teams, promotes collaboration, and delivers lasting value to JRC’s clients.

Wade has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years, with the majority of time in the field supervising projects. As VP of Operations, Wade oversees the on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including staffing, subcontractor and material coordination, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed, and the project is proceeding on schedule and within budget. He also monitors Jarbou Ronnisch Construction’s job site health and safety and ensures that adherence to proper safety measures are followed. Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer-Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Tammie Daniels, Vice President of Accounting and Human Resources at Jarbou Ronnisch Construction (JRC), brings more than 26 years of experience in construction finance, business development, estimating, acquisition, development, financial underwriting, and analysis. Since entering the industry in 2000, she has worked across heavy highway construction, land acquisition and development, and civil subcontracting, giving her a broad understanding of the financial and operational demands of construction. At JRC, Tammie oversees banking, insurance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, policies, procedures, and internal controls while also supporting strategic planning and team development. Her ability to anticipate market changes, strengthen financial systems, and maintain fiscal discipline makes her a central force in the organization’s stability and continued growth.

Rick is an experienced Project Director with a strong background in managing complex and phased construction projects. At Jarbou Ronnisch Construction, he oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. Rick holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Residential Builder in the State of Michigan. He is recognized for his technical expertise, clear communication, and client-focused approach. Outside of work, Rick serves as a firefighter for the City of Huntington Woods and is dedicated to supporting his local community.
