  • We conduct several walk-throughs to ensure that all items are completed and to familiarize the owner with building systems and equipment.
  • We organize a close-out book of drawings, product data, warranties, and supporting documentation to assist with the formal acceptance and occupancy of the facility.
  • We return at 6 & 11months to conduct walk- throughs. This ensures that the project is successful and exceeds expectations.
