Ronnisch Construction Group served as Construction Manager for Tractor Supply Co.’s Canton, Michigan location, delivering a modern retail build out for the national brand as part of the community’s broader Michigan Avenue redevelopment. The project transformed the former Livonia Magnetics site into a nearly 20,000 square foot store with an additional 18,000 square foot outdoor sales and display area, all designed in partnership with CESO, Inc. Ronnisch oversaw every phase of the work, from site redevelopment and footprint expansion to coordination with corporate design standards, ensuring the store opened on schedule and aligned with Tractor Supply’s customer focused retail experience.
