Thomasson Apartments

Thomasson Apartments is a permanent supportive housing project in Detroit completed by Ronnisch Construction in 2018 in partnership with Cass Community Social Services. The project involved the redevelopment of an existing building to create safe, stable, and accessible housing for residents transitioning out of homelessness, including individuals with physical and mental disabilities. The renovated facility features thoughtfully designed residential units along with supportive amenities intended to promote independence, security, and long-term stability.
