Jarbou Ronnisch Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for this multi-family project in the heart of Royal Oak. Located on the south side of 6th Street, between Williams and Troy Street, the project is a 5-story, wood-framed structure, with a two-level concrete parking deck below. This 69-unit complex offers the most modern and up-to-date amenities for the Royal Oak and metropolitan Detroit market. Construction has begun as of November 2021 and completion is scheduled for the fall of 2022. The zero-lot-line site and two level below grade parking provides some construction challenges that require the experience and expertise of Jarbou Ronnisch Construction . The contractual agreement is unique in that some contracts are held directly by the owner. This cooperative arrangement is indicative of the flexible and high-quality service provided by Jarbou Ronnisch Construction.
