Ronnisch Construction Group was selected as the Construction Manager for this multi-family project in the heart of Royal Oak. Located on the south side of 6th Street, between Williams and Troy Street, the project is a 5-story, wood-framed structure, with a two-level concrete parking deck below. This 69-unit complex offers the most modern and up-to-date amenities for the Royal Oak and metropolitan Detroit market. Construction has begun as of November 2021 and completion is scheduled for the fall of 2022. The zero-lot-line site and two level below grade parking provides some construction challenges that require the experience and expertise of Ronnisch Construction Group. The contractual agreement is unique in that some contracts are held directly by the owner. This cooperative arrangement is indicative of the flexible and high-quality service provided by Ronnisch Construction Group.
