Ronnisch Construction Group is proud to serve as the Construction Manager for Team One Credit Union’s new 28,000-square-foot corporate office in downtown Saginaw, Michigan. Designed by Auger Klein Aller Architects, this three-story facility will feature a full-service branch, collaborative workspaces, and a 2,400-square-foot community room dedicated to public events and financial education. The project embodies innovation, community, and connection. Through our partnership with Team One and the design team, Ronnisch is helping bring to life a modern, member-focused environment that will serve Saginaw for generations to come.
