When Oakland University needed to expand the customer dining and seating area at the Sharf Clubhouse Patio – they called on Ronnisch Construction Group as their construction manager at risk. Overlooking R&S Sharf Golf Course, Katke-Cousins Golf Course, and the historic and elegant Meadow Brook Hall, the expanded patio area is a great enhancement to an already excellent venue. The new area, totaling 2,000 square feet, includes a pergola encasement in keeping with the character of the existing clubhouse, a new food service nook, sun shades, lighting, and heating for golfers and patrons of the clubhouse.
