Jarbou Ronnisch Construction transformed a former anchor retail space at The Mall at Partridge Creek into what is now the largest Powerhouse Gym in the nation. Our team managed the full demolition of the previous tenant space, executed extensive structural modifications, and completed the build-out of a high-end fitness environment featuring a swimming pool, basketball court, track, turf areas, sauna, and wellness amenities.
We coordinated specialty vendors, advanced MEP systems, and premium finishes to bring this state-of-the-art facility to life. The completed space now serves as a major community destination for fitness, recovery, and social engagement—and stands as a strong example of Jarbou Ronnisch Construction’s ability to successfully reimagine large-scale commercial spaces.
