Ronnisch Construction served as Construction Manager for the transformation of a former anchor retail space at The Mall at Partridge Creek into the largest Powerhouse Gym in the nation. The completed project involved full demolition of the existing tenant space, extensive structural modifications, and the delivery of a high-end, state-of-the-art fitness environment. The facility features a swimming pool, basketball court, indoor track, turf training areas, and dedicated sauna and wellness amenities.
Ronnisch coordinated specialty vendors, complex MEP systems, and premium interior finishes to successfully deliver a large-scale, highly technical build within an active retail setting. The finished space now serves as a major community destination for fitness, recovery, and social engagement, showcasing Ronnisch’s expertise in reimagining and executing complex commercial redevelopments at scale.
