Parent Street Lofts in Royal Oak is a standout example of thoughtful adaptive reuse, and Ronnisch Construction Group served as Construction Manager for the transformation. Working alongside architect Michael Poris, our team converted a former lumber warehouse into eight modern, two-level loft residences totaling 20,000 square feet. The project preserved the building’s industrial character while introducing contemporary details like expansive window walls, soaring ceiling heights, mezzanine living spaces, private entries, and attached garages. Delivered in the heart of Royal Oak’s Warehouse District, Parent Street Lofts reflects our ability to balance structural complexity, design intent, and residential livability in a highly tailored redevelopment project.
