Project Profile
Northwestern Technological Institute called on Ronnisch Construction Group when their growth plans included the conversion of existing office space to classrooms and the upgrading of the facility to accommodate a large student population. The space was converted from commercial office space to classroom space to house a library, student lounge, a kitchenette, and classrooms for electrical, heating, and troubleshooting instruction. Improvements included new flooring consisting of both ceramic and luxury vinyl tile materials, a re-work of the fire protection system, new HVAC to accommodate the school use, and new lighting and power systems. The new area also included administrative, financial aid, and admissions offices to serve the school.
