Ronnisch Construction Group served as Construction Manager for Lorient Capital’s new Birmingham office, partnering closely with the landlord, Biddison Architecture + Design, and Lorient’s leadership to bring the vision to life. The result is a striking 5,700-square-foot workplace in the heart of downtown Birmingham, shaped by a distinctive triangular layout and elevated design throughout. Frameless glass walls and sliding glass doors define the perimeter offices, filling the interior with natural light. The space features an open employee lounge and lunch area, multiple glass-walled conference rooms, cable-hung LED fixtures, and square recessed lighting. Custom cabinetry topped with quartz counters and tailored wood doors add warmth and refinement to the executive areas. With its blend of new and existing materials and its meticulous attention to detail, the finished environment delivers a modern, sophisticated setting that reflects Lorient Capital’s brand and culture.
