Jarbou Ronnisch Construction was selected by 814 Development to assist in this 5-acre development in Pittsfield Township (Saline), Michigan. The proposed development included four buildings, two of which were built by Jarbou Ronnisch Construction. The first and anchor of the development was a new Kindercare early education center. The 11,300 square foot center is a wood construction design that included both a main level and a second level mechanical area. The building included the newest brand standards for Kindercare. The project also included an 11,000-square-foot outdoor play area. Also part of this development was the construction of a 13,000 square foot core and shell for a new retail plaza.
