For more than a decade, we have had the privilege of supporting Jogue, Inc., a long-established leader in flavor and ingredient innovation, with an ongoing slate of construction and renovation projects that align with the company’s growth and operational excellence across Michigan. Jogue is a full-service flavor and fragrance company known for developing high-quality extracts, syrups, and specialty ingredients for the food and beverage industry, while maintaining rigorous quality standards and continually expanding its facilities and capabilities.

Our relationship with Jogue began in 2010 and reflects a wide range of construction services, from major facility buildouts and expansions to targeted remodels, upgrades, and repairs. The work spans multiple locations including Bloomfield Hills, Northville, Plymouth, and Detroit, supporting both office and manufacturing environments.

Key Projects and Contributions

• At Jogue’s headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, we completed a comprehensive office renovation that modernized more than 11,700 square feet of corporate workspace, improving functionality and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Our work in manufacturing and industrial environments includes a 14,000 square foot expansion in Plymouth valued at more than $5.25 million, along with additional buildouts and second-floor improvements that support production growth and operational efficiency.
• Across Northville and Detroit, we have delivered a variety of exterior renovations, industrial refacing, building repairs, entry modifications, and site improvements that enhance durability, performance, and visual presence.
• Ongoing maintenance and infrastructure projects such as process piping, plumbing repairs, repainting, door replacements, and exterior upgrades reflect our role as a trusted partner for both complex construction needs and smaller-scale improvements.
• Over the years, this diverse portfolio of work has helped Jogue maintain high-performing facilities across Michigan. While project sizes and scopes vary, each engagement reflects a consistent commitment to quality, coordination, and solutions that support Jogue’s business objectives.
