Ronnisch Construction Group is partnering with Symmetry Property Management on the major redevelopment of Hunter’s Square at Orchard Lake and 14 Mile in Farmington Hills, transforming a long-underutilized retail center into a modern, multi-tenant destination. Our work supports Symmetry’s vision for the site, which includes selective demolition, reconfiguration of a former big-box anchor into several new tenant spaces, upgraded site circulation, refreshed façades, and landscape enhancements that introduce new green space to the property. As construction manager, Ronnisch is driving the execution of this complex repositioning effort with the coordination, quality control, and problem-solving this corridor demands, helping bring new national retailers and vibrant activity back to one of the area’s most visible commercial intersections.
