Goodwill – Madison Heights, Southfield, Detroit

Ronnisch Construction Group has been a trusted construction manager for Goodwill across metro Detroit, leading three recent retail projects in Madison Heights, Detroit, and Southfield. In Madison Heights, Ronnisch transformed a former CVS into a 12,300-square-foot Goodwill store, managing the full interior and exterior renovation to create an efficient, customer-friendly retail environment while showcasing adaptive reuse of existing infrastructure. Building on that success, Goodwill of Greater Detroit selected Ronnisch to oversee construction for two new thrift store and donation centers in Detroit and Southfield, part of Goodwill’s first major retail expansion since 2016. Across all three locations, Ronnisch coordinated site work, build-outs, and stakeholder communication to keep schedules and budgets on track, delivering bright, welcoming spaces that support Goodwill’s mission of creating pathways to independence through the power of work.
