When GLP Financial Group decided on the historic Farmington State Bank for their world headquarters, they chose Ronnisch Construction Group for the complete interior remodel and exterior refurbishment. The historic landmark originally opened its doors in 1922 and the new design has refurbished the exterior to closely resemble the feel of the now 100-year-old building, while modernizing the entire interior space into a state-of-the-art office environment. The design includes an open staircase, glass walls, and the addition of a new elevator. Ronnisch Construction Group worked in conjunction with the owner, the City of Farmington, and the Downtown Development Authority to coordinate the renovation and modernization of the Farmington State Bank.
