When an out-of-state real estate developer sought to tackle their largest project to date in the City of Detroit, they chose Ronnisch Construction Group as their Construction Manager. The 24-unit, 2-building complex in the lslandview neighborhood near the entrance to Belle Isle, is a new and fresh development in an area that continues to see the Detroit resurgence. The complex boasts both one-bedroom units and studios while the modern finishes and colors make an attractive option for both new and existing residents in the City. The project included a variety of public/private cooperation efforts that allowed for the development to proceed to completion.
