Ronnisch Construction served as the Construction Manager for DOX Restaurant, an exciting new addition to the St. Clair Shores lakefront community. This ground-up construction project features an 8,230 square- foot, two-story structure that brings a modern dining experience to Jefferson Avenue. The first floor offers a vibrant bar and dining area, designed for comfort and style, while the second floor extends the guest experience with a rooftop bar that showcases sweeping views of the water. The rooftop space was carefully constructed to blend function and aesthetic, creating a standout feature for the venue and a unique destination for guests.
