In 2015, Ronnisch Construction completed a 4,500-square-foot renovation for DFCU Financial, transforming a former gas station and attached two-car auto shop into a modern, customer-focused financial center. The project required extensive structural modifications, including the removal of automotive infrastructure, while thoughtfully reworking the existing building to support the credit union’s operational needs.

The result was a functional, welcoming branch that reflects DFCU Financial’s commitment to community-focused service. Building on this successful partnership, Ronnisch Construction is currently delivering a new, ground-up financial center for DFCU Financial in Bloomfield Township, continuing a trusted relationship centered on quality, collaboration, and long-term growth.
