Project Profile
After completing the new 5,000 square foot building for Community Choice Credit Union in Shelby, MI, our client wanted to create a Royal Oak presence. Our client desired an open floor plan to promote a more collaborative banking style that is focused on customer service and customer interaction. They didn’t want there to be a division between bank tellers and bank members. This project used several special features, such as; glazed orange brick, an exterior curved metal roof, and metalwork panels. The foundation consisted of timber and steel piles as well as grade beams and stem walls. This building also used a Geo Vent and Geo Seal for sub slab mitigation. Ronnisch Construction was proud to assist our repeat client as they expanded locations.
