The Project
Barton Hills Country Club selected Ronnisch Construction Group to conduct major improvements to their club. In a phased project sequencing, Ronnisch Construction Group coordinated with club operations and the subcontractors to minimize club disruption. The work involved a unique heavy-timber-structure for the pool pavilion. This structure was ‘craned in’ over an existing building due to site constraints. Other work included an outdoor bar, dining area, and kitchen. Interior Club improvements involved a complete re-work of the main dining area and indoor bar. Also included as part of the pool area upgrade was a new locker room facility.
