Ronnisch Construction Group is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with Barton Hills Country Club, serving as Construction Manager for a series of phased renovations across the club’s campus. As a repeat client, Barton Hills Country Club again selected Ronnisch to execute complex improvements designed to enhance member amenities while maintaining uninterrupted club operations.
The multi-phase project includes renovations to the pool clubhouse and locker rooms, construction of a new outdoor pavilion and bar, and interior renovations to the dining area and bar. Ongoing work includes renovations to the men’s and women’s locker rooms, along with the installation of an emergency back-up generator for the clubhouse to support long-term operational resilience.
A signature element of the project is the heavy-timber pool pavilion, which was craned into place over an existing structure due to site constraints, demonstrating careful planning and precision execution. Throughout each phase, Ronnisch has coordinated closely with club leadership and subcontractors to minimize disruption while delivering high-quality results within an active, high-end facility. The project reflects Ronnisch’s expertise in managing phased renovations for repeat clients who value trust, craftsmanship, and thoughtful construction sequencing.
