Ronnisch Construction Group was selected as the Construction Manager for this unique project in the Cass Corridor district of Detroit. Barcade® is the Original Arcade Bar: a combination bar and arcade with a focus on classic arcade games and American craft beer. Barcade Detroit, located at the former Smith Welding Supply Company on Selden Street, was one of the first, new, out-of-state projects for Barcade. The conversion of the space created an open floor plan, with open ceilings, exposed ductwork, and an eclectic design with modern, rustic seating and tables. The long wood bar and extensive selection of craft beer highlight the space. The project was promoted and developed through the Selden Corridor Initiative led by Midtown, Inc.
