Kojaian Management looked to Ronnisch Construction Group to help them develop one of the most premier projects in the Midwest. 277 Pierce sits in the heart of Birmingham just across the street from City Hall. Located on the corner of Pierce and Merrill, this five-story mixed-use development epitomizes the downtown Birmingham real estate market. At the site of the former and renown The Varsity Shop, 277 Pierce combines first-level retail space with premier office space on floors two, three, and four, and a residential penthouse on the top level. A zero-lot line project in the middle of busy Birmingham, Ronnisch, Kojaian, and the City of Birmingham worked together to plan and construct an outstanding facility.
