As Principal at Ronnisch Construction Group, Frank brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction. Known for his strategic vision and ability to build lasting industry relationships, he specializes in ground-up construction, redevelopment, and complex project execution. Frank plays a central role in business development and operations, guiding projects from concept through completion with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of construction processes, coupled with his leadership and investment insight, make him a driving force behind the continued growth and success of Ronnisch Construction Group.

Tim Honoway is a results-driven leader with over 30 years of experience in construction management, bringing a well-rounded skillset and comprehensive industry knowledge to his role as President of Ronnisch Construction Group. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator, giving him a deep understanding of the full construction process, from site development and ground-up construction to renovations and interior fit-outs, with projects ranging in value from $100,000 to more than $100 million. As President, Tim oversees preconstruction, procurement, and project operations, ensuring excellence from concept through completion. His leadership in preconstruction and estimating establishes a strong foundation for project success, with a focus on accuracy, detail, and effective cost management. On the operations side, Tim provides hands-on leadership and oversight to project teams, fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment through direct and transparent communication while delivering outstanding value to clients through his market insight, construction expertise, and customer-focused approach. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing at his cottage in northern Michigan.

Wade has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, with the majority of time in the field supervising projects. As VP of Field Operations, Wade oversees the on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including staffing, subcontractor and material coordination, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed, and the project is proceeding on schedule and within budget. He also monitors Ronnisch Construction Group’s job site health and safety and ensures that adherence to proper safety measures are followed. Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer-Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Tammie has over 25 years of experience in construction finance and business development, working directly with high level executives across several sectors of the industry. Since 2000, Tammie has held various roles related to estimating, acquisition, development, financial underwriting, and analysis. Having worked for a heavy highway contractor, a land acquisition and development company, and a civil subcontractor, Tammie brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Science in General Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University.

Rick is an experienced Project Director with a strong background in managing complex and phased construction projects. At Ronnisch Construction Group, he oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. Rick holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Residential Builder in the State of Michigan. He is recognized for his technical expertise, clear communication, and client-focused approach. Outside of work, Rick serves as a firefighter for the City of Huntington Woods and is dedicated to supporting his local community.
