Frank Jarbou

OWNER / PRINCIPAL

As Principal at Ronnisch Construction Group, Frank brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction. Known for his strategic vision and ability to build lasting industry relationships, he specializes in ground-up construction, redevelopment, and complex project execution. Frank plays a central role in business development and operations, guiding projects from concept through completion with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of construction processes, coupled with his leadership and investment insight, make him a driving force behind the continued growth and success of Ronnisch Construction Group.

Tim Honoway

PRESIDENT

Tim has over 30 years of experience in construction, excelling in pre-construction and estimating. As President at Ronnisch Construction Group, he leads the estimation and procurement processes for all projects. Tim’s expertise spans projects of various sizes, from $100 thousand to over $100 million, with proficiency in design-build and conceptual estimating. He takes pride in delivering detailed and accurate budgets, which are vital for project success. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing at his cottage in northern Michigan.

Wade Gorman

VP OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Wade has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, with the majority of time in the field supervising projects. As VP of Field Operations, Wade oversees the on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including staffing, subcontractor and material coordination, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed, and the project is proceeding on schedule and within budget. He also monitors Ronnisch Construction Group’s job site health and safety and ensures that adherence to proper safety measures are followed. Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer-Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Tammie Daniels

VP OF ACCOUNTING & HUMAN RESOURCES

Tammie has over 25 years of experience in construction finance and business development, working directly with high level executives across several sectors of the industry. Since 2000, Tammie has held various roles related to estimating, acquisition, development, financial underwriting, and analysis. Having worked for a heavy highway contractor, a land acquisition and development company, and a civil subcontractor, Tammie brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Science in General Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University.

Rick Polan

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Rick is an experienced Project Director with a strong background in managing complex and phased construction projects. At Ronnisch Construction Group, he oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. Rick holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Residential Builder in the State of Michigan. He is recognized for his technical expertise, clear communication, and client-focused approach. Outside of work, Rick serves as a firefighter for the City of Huntington Woods and is dedicated to supporting his local community.
