What Success Looks Like
A successful JRC Project Manager keeps the entire project team connected. You know where the project stands financially, what is happening in the field, what decisions are needed next and where potential issues could affect the job.
You communicate early, follow through on commitments and work collaboratively with the Superintendent and project team to keep the project moving forward.
Most importantly, you take ownership of your projects and understand that a successful build is about more than delivering the work. It’s about delivering a positive experience for the client and the entire project team.
